ผู้เล่น EP9 Online (แอป Android/iOS/PC/เว็บ ผู้พัฒนา EP9 Online Games) สามารถขอลบบัญชีและข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลทั้งหมดได้ตามขั้นตอนนี้
ขั้นตอนขอลบบัญชี
- ส่งอีเมลไปที่ devart001th@gmail.com จากอีเมลที่ผูกกับบัญชี หัวข้อ "ขอลบบัญชี EP9 Online"
- ระบุ ชื่อไอดี (UserID) ที่ต้องการลบ และชื่อตัวละครอย่างน้อย 1 ตัว เพื่อยืนยันความเป็นเจ้าของ
- ทีมงานจะตอบกลับเพื่อยืนยันตัวตนภายใน 7 วัน และลบบัญชีให้เสร็จภายใน 30 วันนับจากยืนยัน
ข้อมูลที่จะถูกลบ
- บัญชีผู้เล่น (ชื่อไอดี รหัสผ่าน) และอีเมล/เบอร์โทรที่ผูกไว้
- ตัวละครทั้งหมด ไอเทม เงินในเกม แต้มในกระเป๋าเว็บ อันดับ และประวัติการเล่น
- หมายเลขไอพีและบันทึกการเข้าใช้งาน
ข้อมูลที่อาจเก็บต่อ
ประวัติการชำระเงิน/ใบเสร็จ เก็บไว้ไม่เกิน 5 ปีตามที่กฎหมายภาษีและบัญชีกำหนด และบันทึกการป้องกันการทุจริตเก็บไว้ไม่เกิน 12 เดือน โดยไม่สามารถใช้ระบุตัวบุคคลได้อีก
ต้องการลบเฉพาะข้อมูลบางส่วน (เช่น อีเมล เบอร์โทร) โดยไม่ลบบัญชี ก็แจ้งผ่านอีเมลเดียวกันได้

Players of EP9 Online (Android/iOS/PC/Web app by EP9 Online Games) can request deletion of their account and all personal data as follows.
How to request account deletion
- Send an email to devart001th@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my EP9 Online account".
- Include the UserID you want deleted and the name of at least one character on that account, so we can verify ownership.
- We will reply to verify your identity within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days of verification.
Data that will be deleted
- Your player account (UserID, password) and any linked email address / phone number
- All characters, items, in-game currency, web wallet points, rankings and play history
- IP addresses and login logs
Data we may retain
Payment history and receipts are kept for up to 5 years as required by tax and accounting law, and anti-fraud records for up to 12 months; neither can be used to identify you after deletion.
You may also request deletion of specific data only (for example your email or phone number) without deleting the account, through the same email address.
